🛒 Ingredients (for 4 chicken legs):
4 chicken legs (make a few cuts for better marination)
Sliced ginger & garlic
2 tbsp cooking wine
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp sugar
Black pepper & Chinese 13-spice (to taste)
🥣 Marination Steps:
Add all ingredients into a bowl with the chicken
Mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred)
🔥 Air Frying Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F)
Place chicken legs in basket, cook for 20 minutes
Flip & brush with marinade halfway
Extra 3 minutes on the second side for crispier skin!
